The CircleCoLabs project officially started with a two-day Kick-Off meeting on 5–6 November 2025, hosted at the offices of Designathon Works, the project coordinator.
Partner organisations from the participating countries met in person to launch the cooperation and establish a shared understanding of the project’s objectives and structure. During the meeting, partners got to know each other, discussed the overall project plan, and aligned on roles, responsibilities, and timelines across the work packages.
Particular attention was given to establishing clear communication routines to support collaboration throughout the project. A key focus of the discussions was the preparation of the international summer school, which will take place in June 2026 in Portugal. Partners agreed on initial coordination steps and thematic priorities to guide the upcoming planning phase.
